FFI and FAST maintain procedures which are interoperable, and each formally recognizes the other with reciprocity of privilege. The FAST Formation Pilot's Knowledge Guide may be useful to those who frequently fly with FAST credentialed pilots, or simply want to be as informed as possible on all available Recognized Industry Organization documentation.

This is provided as an assistance to interested pilots in locating formation training activities, and does not constitute sponsorship or endorsement of any organization or entity.

Arizona Formation Clinic This clinic, held in February, caters to RV pilots who are in the advanced stages of training toward an FFI checkride.

West Coast Formation Clinic The WCFC, aka "Madera" is the premier west-coast clinic for RV pilots training to FFI standards. Usually scheduled in late April. New pilots are welcome, but space available is always eclipsed by demand.

Falcon Flight Formation Training Clinic The Falcon Flight clinic, aka "Temple" is held at Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport (KTPL). This year's clinic is in late April.

KC Flight Clinic This clinic is usually held in May in Kansas City, Missouri. Primary focus is on RV type aircraft training to FFI standards. New pilots are welcome.

Smoke On Aviation Clinic This clinic is held in late September at Bardstown, KY. The focus is on RV type aircraft training to FFI standards. New pilots are welcome.

Pine Bluff Clinic This clinic is held in October in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, catering to RV type aircraft training to FFI standards. New pilots are welcome.

Bonanzas to Oshkosh (B2Osh) utilizes a subset of the FFI standards to train Bonanza and Baron pilots to fly en route safely and participate in the Oshkosh mass arrival. Clinics are hosted in several locations in the west and midwest states at various times during the year. Some experienced pilots use the events to train to full FFI standards. While catering to Beechcraft, B2Osh clinics generally welcome all aircraft types, including RVs, Grummans, and Mooneys.

EZ Formation Crew this social media page provides guidance to various formation events and clinics focused on the Rutan EZ/canard community. Performance-compatible types are welcome.
